Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be excited about your jewelry and happy with your purchase! Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations are part of what makes handmade jewelry unique.

Please read the full product description, measurements, sizing information and processing times before placing your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size, style and details are selected.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. I recommend using tracked shipping, as I cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please do not send an item back before contacting me. Once your return has been received and inspected, I will be in touch regarding your refund or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact me within three days of delivery and include clear photos of the jewelry and packaging so I can help.
